The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees across the organization. This role partners closely with assigned business functions to align people strategies with business objectives, support leaders through growth and change, and manage employee relations with sound judgment and care. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP will collaborate with the broader People team in a hands‑on, highly visible role.

This in‑office position is based in West Bend, WI, with flexibility to occasionally work from home.
Salary: Target salary range of $100,000–$120,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus eligibility. Relocation assistance may be available.

Roles & Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders and employees within supported functions
- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and development conversations
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Assist with role definition, compensation analysis, and competency development
- Identify team and leader development needs and implement practical solutions
- Partner on recruiting, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives
- Lead and support HR projects and people initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation within HRIS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Proven ability to navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment
- Experience influencing leaders at multiple levels
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Data‑driven, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset
