We’re looking for a Talent Lead to own and elevate LI.FI’s talent strategy as we scale. This IC and team lead role combines hands‑on execution with strategic oversight, balancing internal team performance with quality and speed of execution.

You’ll own the hiring roadmap, implement hiring strategy and ensure the quality and efficiency of all hiring processes. Half of your focus will focus on operational recruitment in the Web3 space, while the other half will focus on strategic initiatives, improvements and the upskilling and mentoring of the Talent team.

This is a role for someone who raises the bar, inspires their team, and can translate strategic priorities into actionable, high‑impact talent solutions.

Remote within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Partner & Enable
  • Own and optimise the end‑to‑end hiring structure
    : prioritisation, interview design, team performance, headcount planning, and hiring roadmap execution.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business priorities and long‑term growth plans.
  • Influence and elevate senior stakeholder expectations, ensuring talent decisions are rigorous, fair, and high‑quality.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to the Talent team, building capability and driving performance across the function.
Grow & Develop
  • Develop and improve frameworks and processes that improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and selection quality.
  • Inspire and upskill Talent team members through coaching, mentoring, and exposure to strategic initiatives.
  • Support team development through structured feedback, performance coaching, and guidance on career growth.
  • Act as the multiplier in talent topics — bring it to the next level!
Organizational Health & Culture
  • Champion a strong culture of inclusion, ownership, and excellence within the Talent team and across LI.FI.
  • Engage with Web3 talent communities to identify trends, source candidates, and strengthen LI.FI’s talent brand.
  • Act as a strategic partner on scaling, talent strategy and operations topics.
Measure & Evolve
  • Track and analyse talent metrics (time‑to‑hire, candidate quality, conversion rates, pipeline health) to continuously improve processes.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in talent operations, introducing scalable solutions for a fast‑growing organization, utilising AI and automation.
  • Take a proactive, data‑informed approach to improving both team performance and candidate experience.
What Makes a Good Candidate
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience
    , with at least 3 years in a senior capacity
    .
  • 1‑2 years of team management experience
    , formal or informal (mentoring, coaching).
  • Experience in Web3 and a deep understanding of the Web3 talent market is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated success in senior stakeholder management — ability to influence hiring managers and raise hiring standards across teams.
  • Inspires excellence in others — team members, peers, and leadership alike.
  • Able to operate as both a strategic partner and hands‑on executor.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
