I am are actively hiring for a strong Administrative, HR & Office Support recruiter
, to join our clients hot agency recruiting desk, where the average recruiter is taking home $200,000+, and many on the team earning over $500,000.
A $1 million Admin & Corp Services recruiter who has built an incredible desk inundated with roles searching for a lead executor to sit alongside them as their #2, and fill the roles on the desk with an incredible earning package on offer.
The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one
, with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
- True base salary from $80,000-$120,000
- Y1 OTE: $180k+,
Y2 OTE: $250k-$350k - 50-60%
commission on your deals (perm fees, $25,000-$45,000) - WFH flexibility
- No BD required - the Director will pull on the roles for you (and you'll be lead executor)
- Zero internal competition - all of the roles will fall onto your lap to deliver on
- The average consultant in the business bills $600k-$800k with several over $2 million, taking home 50-60% of their billings.
- Last year 5 consultants under the age of 25 took home $600,000+ before tax.
Realistic earning expectations in this firm are $200k-$250k in year 1, increasing to $250k-$350k in year 2, with an abundance of mandates on the desk, and a well established platform, it's a plug-in and play scenario for the right person.
