Within Yara Europe, HR Regional Operations ensures smooth processes, high-quality data, and efficient services across all HR functions. The Performance and Development team is now looking for a new temporary HR Advisor to join the team.
Responsibilities- Play a vital role in managing performance and employee engagement processes by facilitating workshops and communication to employees and line managers.
- Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, actively promoting these values throughout all activities.
- Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of training materials for employee processes and promote these.
- Provide efficient support to employees and managers, supporting them with inquiries and empowering the use of systems and tools to optimize people processes and meet customer needs effectively.
- Maintain learning data tracking efforts at the location in line with YEU’s ambition to digitalize learning data.
- Support local stakeholders in following up engagement surveys and acting on results.
- Relevant degree-level education (L&D, HR etc.) and/or equivalent (2–3 years) work experience in HR.
- Proven track record in performance and development processes, employee surveys, performance reviews, competency management.
- Training and workshop facilitation experience, gained in‑person and in virtual environments.
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both verbal and written communication (additional language is a plus).
- Strong networking, teaming and communication skills developed at least partially in a virtual environment.
- Analytical aptitude and experience in people‑data analytics.
- Proven experience in working with HR Information Systems as a supersuperuser.
- Customer‑focused problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with GDPR regulations and HR compliance standards.
- Diverse and interesting challenges in a dynamic and international environment.
