Payroll Coordinator

• Prepare and support end-to-end payroll cycles by validating inputs and maintaining payroll files and trackers
• Audit employee data across payroll and HR systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Partner closely with Payroll Lead, People Ops, Finance, and managers to troubleshoot payroll-impacting issues
• Process, validate, and document commissions, bonuses, and other special payments for audit and reporting
• Assist with payroll audits, compliance activities, and ongoing process improvements

• At least 1 year of hands-on payroll experience
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll and basic payroll tax requirements
• Strong attention to detail and comfort auditing and reconciling data across systems
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment

• Experience with ADP or similar payroll systems
• Exposure to international payroll
