Talent Manager
Location: Greater London
As a UK Talent Attraction Specialist, you will be responsible to enhance Capgemini’s capacity to attract talent in you’re the UK through a wide variety of initiatives to support Talent Acquisition priorities.
- You’ll drive projects with global exposure and build a strong internal network withing the Group
- You’ll connect with the entire world of Capgemini and grow your expertise on talent attraction topics, sharing new market trends internally and best practices from country to country

- You’ll be part of a global team driving the business growth and collaborating with team members across countries and business units
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your roleIn this role you will play a key role in:
- Bring our Employer Value Proposition to life by identifying key moments through the candidate journey and integrating proof points to support our employer promise. Collaborate with HR and marketing to manage the content on our online career channels, for our talent pool activities and all the platforms participating to a positive candidate experience.
- Build a best-in-class candidate experience from consideration to application, aligning with UK candidates’ expectations and market best practices.
- Support UK Talent Acquisition teams in presenting Capgemini, its brands, and its roles in a relevant way to diverse target groups: work with personas to understand best what our diverse target groups expect from an employer and share this knowledge to build recruitment campaigns, write attractive job descriptions, support TA teams and hiring managers in their argumentations during interviews etc…
- Understand and analyze UK candidates’, employees’, and market sentiments to identify gaps and strengthen our data-driven focus, measuring and reporting on global and local KPIs.
Foster meaningful relationships with UK/BU-based Talent Acquisition, HR and Marketing and Communication stake holders to drive common programs.

Your skills and experience- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and candidate experience topics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
- 5+ years of professional experience in driving and implementing talent attraction and candidate experience projects
- Experience managing complex stakeholders from different functions and aligning with a global strategy.
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
