Key responsibilities
This Payroll Specialist position blends training delivery with learner support and content development:

What we're looking for
To succeed as a Payroll Specialist, you'll bring:

Strong payroll experience, ideally at Payroll Manager level or similar

Confidence in delivering training both virtually and face-to-face as a Payroll Tutor

Excellent communication skills and a supportive, engaging approach
