Human Resource & Organization Department
We drive GIC’s talent strategies and shape the organisational culture to sustain GIC’s long-term performance.
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, who are responsible for identifying, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within GIC.
What will you do as an Associate in our Talent Acquisition team?- Execute full cycle recruitment process for experienced level hires.
- Proactively consult with hiring managers on an ongoing basis to understand their current and future hiring needs.
- Keep up-to-datewith market trends affecting our businesses as well as employment trends.
- Support diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand our talent pipeline.
- Leverage and interpret data to drive hiring strategy with the business.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of full cycle recruitment from relevant years of search firm and/or in-house recruiting experience.
- Ability to execute well on search mandates with minimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, be client-focused, and solutions-focused
- Team player who is able to connect and engage with individuals of diverse backgrounds
