The Talent Acquisition Partner role will spearhead scaling our IT team. In this role you’ll be a trusted talent partner to hiring managers - driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, crafting thoughtful hiring strategies, and pursuing top-tier IT talent. This is a high-impact position where your ability to identify, engage, and close exceptional IT candidates will directly shape the future of our company.
Minimum RequirementsEducation:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business or equavalent experience
Experience:
a minimum of one year of Human Resources experience
Travel: up to 20%
Work Schedule:
Typical work hours are between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday;
However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
Work Location:
This role follows a hybrid work model, offering a blend of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility. Team members are required to spend part of their week onsite at our Menahsa, WI office to support teamwork, learning, and in‑person connection, while enjoying the autonomy and focus that remote work provides. Specific onsite expectations may vary based on team needs, project priorities, and individual development.
- Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals to effectively fill positions.
- Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Interviews applicants for posted and future employment opportunities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Attends weekly staffing meetings.
- Actively participates in professional and trade related organizations.
- Processes candidates, as appropriate, after interviewing. Completes new hire paperwork, as needed.
- Assists with providing guidance and interpretation to hiring managers with regards to Human Resources policies, procedures, practices, and initiatives.
- Maintains current knowledge of various HR laws, practices, procedures, and trends.
- Conducts presentations at high schools and technical schools. Establishes and maintains relationships with area schools. Also, attends various recruiting events.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
