- Provide integrated guidance on compensation strategy, job evaluation, and individual compensation concerns
- Conduct job evaluations and create job placements within the company structure
- Develop and maintain job leveling frameworks, compensation guidelines, and pay equity practices
- Analyze survey results and market trends to recommend updates to compensation practices
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of compensation data within the HRIS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of related experience
- Technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and talent strategy
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Workday experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to facilitate discussions with all levels of management
- Skilled in research with the ability to propose solutions quickly
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience analyzing information to develop solutions
