What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide integrated guidance on compensation strategy, job evaluation, and individual compensation concerns
  • Conduct job evaluations and create job placements within the company structure
  • Develop and maintain job leveling frameworks, compensation guidelines, and pay equity practices
  • Analyze survey results and market trends to recommend updates to compensation practices
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of compensation data within the HRIS
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and talent strategy
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
