Drive Line Solutions is expanding! We're looking for motivated individuals interested in recruiting CDL-licensed truck drivers for open carrier positions nationwide.

This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling. If you enjoy connecting with people, working independently, and helping drivers find better career opportunities, this may be a strong fit.

• Conduct outreach to truck drivers using provided tools and candidate resources
• Engage with candidates over phone, text, and email
• Screen applicants based on carrier requirements
• Submit qualified applicants to job openings
• Maintain communication with applicants through the hiring process
• Build and manage your own recruiting workflow and activity level

• Work from home or anywhere with reliable internet
• No required meetings or required schedule
• Support team available for questions and guidance
• Access to professional tools and ongoing training, including:
• CRM-style recruiter dashboard
• Candidate database
• Job board access
• Templates, scripts, and communication resources
• Ask Rita Recruiter Assistant (AI-powered support tool)

This is a commission-only contractor role. Compensation is based on completed driver hires. Recruiters may choose their workload and activity level.

• Commission range varies from approximately $250 to $3,000+ per successful driver placement
  , depending on carrier and position type.
• Payments are processed after the carrier confirms hire and payout eligibility (typically 2–6 weeks).

There is no hourly pay, base pay, or salary for this role.
