• Mitigate risk for the organization by managing employee relations issues and ensuring adherence to policies
• Conduct investigations into alleged misconduct and workplace incivility
• Promote a positive work environment by yielding fair and equitable solutions for employees
• Assist management in addressing employee issues, including corrective action and HR policy adherence
• Provide consultative services to create capacity for people leaders

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, counseling, social work, law, or a comparable field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in conducting trend analysis and creating training solutions

• Master's Degree or J.D.
