CIPD level 4 is essential 5 is desirable
This is a part-time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work.
As the HR Manager for the Fashion Head Office, you will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and advise on policies and procedures. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the growth and engagement of employees. Strategic planning and collaboration with various departments will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy development with either a fashion head office or high street fashion retailer is key.
- Proficiency in overseeing onboarding and HR compliance processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and drive engagement within teams
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the fashion and retail industry
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within a retail or fashion head office is required
