As a People Lead, you will own all people-related operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality people practices across the company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build strong people foundations that support growth, performance, and a positive employee experienceh3>
Responsibilities
- Lead daily people operations across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and remote teams
- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee transitions
- Manage HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, security, and effective system implementation
- Execute payroll, bonuses, and compensation processes accurately and on time
- Draft, review, and maintain HR policies aligned with labor laws and business needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across all operating regions, especially Saudi Arabia
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency
- Own and execute performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
- Support managers with performance conversations, development plans, and performance improvement actions
- Partner with leadership to ensure performance expectations are clear, fair, and aligned with business priorities
- Support employee relations matters with a balanced, consistent, and people-first approach
- Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement, accountability, and overall employee experience
- Support organizational structure, role clarity, and reporting lines as the company grows
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and team scaling decisions
- Support career development frameworks and internal mobility as the organization evolves
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare people analytics, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in HR or People Operations within tech or high-growth environments, with 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong experience across HR operations, HRIS, payroll, contracts, bonuses, and policy drafting
- Hands‑on experience leading performance management processes and supporting leaders on people decisions
- Experience supporting organizational development, role clarity, and team effectiveness
- Solid knowledge of Middle East labor laws, especially Saudi Arabia
- Experience working with multi‑country and remote teams
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance operational excellence with people‑centric thinking
- Fluent in Arabic and English
