In this role, you will be integral to managing and enhancing day-to-day operations within the People & Culture department. You will oversee programs and practices that ensure an excellent employee experience, focusing on global compensation, benefits administration, and policies compliance.

- Support global compensation programs including job evaluations and salary ranges
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices
- Manage benefits and retirement plans compliance across multiple regions
- Enhance employee recognition programs to boost engagement and retention
- Oversee HR compliance training programs and track completion
- Collaborate with IT to improve HR system functionality for better user experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits
- Experience managing programs across multiple countries
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems
- Understanding of benefits regulations in key operating regions
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to improve employee experiences
