• Support global compensation programs including job evaluations and salary ranges
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay practices
• Manage benefits and retirement plans compliance across multiple regions
• Enhance employee recognition programs to boost engagement and retention
• Oversee HR compliance training programs and track completion
• Collaborate with IT to improve HR system functionality for better user experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits
• Experience managing programs across multiple countries
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS systems
• Understanding of benefits regulations in key operating regions
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to improve employee experiences
