Truck Driver Recruiter Manager (100% Remote)
Freelance 1099 Position | Base Salary $500/week + $25 per hire commission
Paid Holidays & Vacation
We are looking for a cheerful and upbeat individual to join our team as a Truck Driver Recruiter Manager.
This 100% work from home position offers an exciting opportunity to help new recruiters become successful with Drive Line Solutions.

Position Details:- Base Salary $500/week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Freelance 1099 Position.
- Lead and manage a team of remote truck driver recruiters, ensuring they stay motivated and on track.
- Assist new recruiters through the onboarding process.
- Conduct Weekly Recruiter Team Meetings on Fridays.
- Conduct team calls to review performance and set goals.
- Ensure fairness and accuracy in recruiter activities within the ATS.
- Provide quick responses and guidance to recruiter inquiries.
- Offer personalized support to struggling recruiters and assist with additional training.
- Answer questions in team chats, providing detailed instructions and guidance as needed.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Must have a quiet work area to accommodate calls and Teams meetings.
- Paid Holidays & Vacation.
- Uncapped Commission (The more hires your recruiters get, the more you make!)
