Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based role? We are seeking a Travel (Floating) Human Resource Manager to support and lead HR operations across our Tennessee and Kentucky facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, supporting employees and leadership, and ensuring strong HR practices throughout the region.

Your MissionStrategic HR Leadership
Support and administer compensation and benefits programs
Ensure HR practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals
Efficient HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Support payroll preparation and resolve payroll discrepancies
Process HR documentation and required reporting
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Partner with recruiters to source and onboard top talent
Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
Assist with recruitment tracking and database updates
Employee Relations & Communication
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and employment practices clearly
Support management with employee relations matters
Coordinate employee separations and exit processes
Engagement & Development
Coach leaders and teams to support employee development and career growth
Collaborate with management to promote engagement and retention initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Minimum 3+ years of human resources management experience
Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a high-travel role
Willingness and ability to travel 100% within Tennessee and Kentucky
