Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-based role? We are seeking a Travel (Floating) Human Resource Manager to support and lead HR operations across our Tennessee and Kentucky facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, supporting employees and leadership, and ensuring strong HR practices throughout the region.

Strategic HR Leadership

• Support and administer compensation and benefits programs

• Ensure HR practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals

Efficient HR Operations

• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with state and federal regulations

• Support payroll preparation and resolve payroll discrepancies

• Process HR documentation and required reporting

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Partner with recruiters to source and onboard top talent

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation

• Assist with recruitment tracking and database updates

Employee Relations & Communication

• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and employment practices clearly

• Support management with employee relations matters

• Coordinate employee separations and exit processes

Engagement & Development

• Coach leaders and teams to support employee development and career growth

• Collaborate with management to promote engagement and retention initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Minimum 3+ years of human resources management experience

• Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and compliance

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently in a high-travel role

• Willingness and ability to travel 100% within Tennessee and Kentucky
