Ein führendes Beratungsunternehmen in Luzern sucht einen SAP HCM Experten, der zentrale Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM übernimmt. Sie leiten HR-Digitalisierungsprojekte und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern zusammen. Erforderlich sind fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP HCM, insbesondere in den Modulen Payroll, Personaladministration und Organisationsmanagement. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft ist nötig.
Die Stelle bietet die Möglichkeit zum Home-Office.
