Location: Tennessee City

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, supporting employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and partnering with leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with U.S. labor laws
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development
  • Handle employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead performance review processes and support employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Manage offboarding, terminations, and exit processes professionally and compliantly
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security across all HR activities
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Must possess a valid government-issued
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor and employment laws
  • Experience managing HR functions in a remote or distributed workforce
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
  • Experience supporting multi-state or remote U.S. teams
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance reporting
