Join Zoom's Global Talent Solutions team as a Technical Recruiter where you'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles in the United States. You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools daily to identify top talent, partner closely with engineering leaders, and drive strategic hiring initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative technology while building pipelines of exceptional technical candidates. You will develop deep consultative relationships with hiring managers, innovate creative hiring solutions, and partner within the organization to provide a stellar candidate experience.

We support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies.
Responsibilities
• Owning end-to-end recruitment process from kick off through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, and offer management.
• Building and maintaining partnerships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Sourcing passive candidates proactively through Linked In, Git Hub, technical communities, and creative channels using innovative sourcing strategies.
• Developing and maintaining diverse talent pipelines for current and future requisitions, ensuring balanced candidate slates across all searches.
• Screening candidates for technical skills, programming languages, engineering competencies, and career alignment.
• Utilizing AI Companion and AI tools to streamline candidate research, outreach, resume screening, and communications.
• Leveraging data analytics and AI insights to optimize sourcing strategies, improve efficiency, and track candidate data for business reporting.
• Providing consistent updates on pipeline status, market insights, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders to influence and educate hiring managers on recruitment process, interview best practices.
• Negotiating and supporting hiring managers and candidates in developing compelling compensation packages and offers.
What we’re looking for
• Possess over five years of comprehensive technical recruiting experience, specializing in programming languages, software development practices, and engineering roles within full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in sourcing passive candidates using diverse channels such as Linked In, Git Hub, technical forums, and online platforms.
• Have hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and modern recruitment tools (HireEZ, Paradox, Role Mapper), with data-driven approach leveraging analytics and metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Have adaptable mindset with proven ability to embrace and effectively utilize AI-powered tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate identification.
• Demonstrate advanced verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex technical concepts effectively while fostering relationships and managing stakeholders through successful collaborations.
• Have well-developed influencing and consulting skills to educate and guide hiring managers on best practices, develop innovative hiring solutions, and drive continuous process improvements in collaborative, high-growth SaaS environments.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note:
Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
