We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Recruiter to manage the full‑cycle recruitment process in a fully remote environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open positions independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and company policies
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring status updates
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in the United States
  • Must possess a valid government‑issued
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for remote or high‑volume roles
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and hiring compliance
  • Experience working in a fully remote team environment
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
