We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Recruiter to manage the full‑cycle recruitment process in a fully remote environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and company policies
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring status updates
- Must currently reside in the United States
- Must possess a valid government‑issued
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
- Experience recruiting for remote or high‑volume roles
- Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and hiring compliance
- Experience working in a fully remote team environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
