Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify potential candidates for open positions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
