*** We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manufacturing Plant Recruiter to support multiple manufacturing plants by sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified hourly production candidates. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting and requires strong proficiency with Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and excellent communication skills to deliver consistent hiring results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Source hourly production candidates using Indeed, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for multiple manufacturing plant locations
• Screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, availability, and fit
• Present qualified candidates to plant leadership and hiring managers
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process from application through offer
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the ATS
• Partner with plant leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate flow, and sourcing effectiveness
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

• Proven experience recruiting hourly production or manufacturing workers
• Strong proficiency with Indeed, including job posting optimization and resume sourcing
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Success Factors strongly desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment

• Bi-lingual – Spanish highly desired
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing plants or locations
• Knowledge of manufacturing, production, or industrial work environments
• Familiarity with high-volume or rapid hiring cycles
