• Participate in the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with company policies

• Minimum educational requirement:

• Previous experience in human resources or recruitment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
