A national non-profit organization is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Lead to manage payroll operations for approximately 240 employees. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, leading benefits administration, and serving as a strategic partner within the organization. The ideal candidate has a PCP designation, post-secondary education in a related field, and experience in multi-provincial payroll administration.

This position is remote. The hiring range is $65,100 to $76,830 annually.
