Supply Placement Supervisor

Full-Time, Term Position for approximately one (1) year beginning March 2026 for an upcoming leave of absence. Monday through Friday - 37.5 hours per week. Typical hours are 5:30am - 1:30pm with the need for some flexibility. This is a hybrid role where you will work from home and regularly work from our main office. Salary Range: $49,705.50-$54,697.50 which includes the Wage Enhancement Grant.

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Staff Placement Supervisor to become part of our talented and committed People Services team. We strive for a strong, positive work culture and this role helps create that for may of our new and existing employees.

• Post-Secondary diploma or degree required, Human Resources education preferred
• Experience in staffing and performance management
• Working knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and pro-active
• Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and adapt to changes
• Proficiency in Windows based word processing, spreadsheets and databases, as well as Human Resources Information Systems
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• Work collaboratively with the other Supply Staff Placement Supervisors and others at LCC to ensure all programs are staffed in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate and maintain an efficient supply staffing process
• Support and guidance to new and existing supply staff
• Process and maintain paperwork for People Services and Payroll in a timely and organized manner
• Coordinate and present Orientations and Support Sessions
• Support the People Services team as required
