We need an HRBP to build a strong, high‑performing team that will drive our company’s rapid growth.

• HR professional with experience hiring for product teams (preferably in B2B SaaS)
• Someone who can work independently without supervision or micromanagement
• A person who values hiring quality and long‑term impact over just filling vacancies
• Able to build recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes from scratch (including automation)
• Understands startup culture and can  sync  with the founder
• Nice to have:
  Employer branding experience, love for people, sense of humor, and common sense

• Set up and manage full‑cycle recruitment (from job descriptions to offers and onboarding)
• Assist in hiring for key roles (growth, product, support, tech, etc.)
• Improve HR processes: onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development
• Work closely with the founder and key team members
• Build company culture: regular feedback, a growth‑oriented atmosphere, and clear expectations
• Participate in team planning aligned with business goals
• Build a team from scratch and influence the product through people
• Maximum autonomy: focus solely on results
• Work with smart, fast, and honest people
• No bureaucracy‑decisions are made in minutes
