We re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our global People and Site team. In addition to you, we are currently six engaged professionals with different areas of expertise. In this role, together with the team, you will drive profitable growth of the company through providing people data and supporting talent journeys. You will be reporting to Anna, Chief People Officer.
You ll be a key player and expert in implementing and developing our people operations globally to ensure smooth employee life cycles for our employees, Cadmaticans. You will support our global talent acquisition, finding us the best talents. Your international HR experience will benefit our organization across different countries in Europe, Asia and Americas. You will be working closely with our HR Operations team and on recruitment and talent matters with our Talent Manager.
You ll be based in Italy where we have two offices: in Piacenza and in Milan with approximately 30 local colleagues. In addition to global responsibilities, you will ensure country-specific and local day to day people operations including recruitment, monthly payroll coordination and employments in Italy as well as other countries to be specified together with you.

Your HR team will offer you great support and together with us, you ll form an important team providing excellent operations support for our managers.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/People Operations experience in Italy and an international environmental
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and recruiting
- A global mindset and experience working in an international organization
- A proactive, approachable mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication in English and Italian
