• Salary range for Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor between 65 000$ and 78 000 $ (CAD) annually

Working remotely most of your time, you will be required to visit sites from time to time or work from one of the Cascades sites. You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Corporate team as Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions (plant and corporate), from identifying the need with the manager and HR, all the way to the offer or hire
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise them on market trends and candidate profiles
• Ensure a high level of service quality and an optimal candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
• Monitor and audit performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure standards are met and to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the ATS, ensuring alignment and consistency in recruitment practices
• Write attractive and relevant job postings and advertisements; collaborate with the talent attraction team to develop the best visibility strategies
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies and conduct searches using platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, etc

Continuously develop your expertise by building your network, increasing visibility on social media, and participating in recruitment events.

• Bring over 5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition (recruiter) role, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site environment
• Experience the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of the GTA labor market and recruitment channels
• Be bilingual with English and French
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics (Success Factors
  -SAP, Power BI).
• Excel in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the best possible candidate experience
• Be an excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy, effectively supporting your managers throughout their processes.
• Ability to visit our GTA units
