Apple One/Bilingual One is looking for our next Bilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team!

Location:

Mississauga – Work from home and in office
Salary: $45,000/year+ depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, assess, and place candidates in suitable job opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Coordinate interviews and provide performance coaching

• Conduct candidate follow-ups and reference checks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment

• Passionate, positive, and results-driven mindset

• Background in customer service, retail management, HR, or sales is an asset

• Bilingual in French and English both written and verbal
