• A minimum of 1–2 years’ agency recruitment experience (Life Science or related industries within contracting/temporary staffing background is a bonus, but not mandatory).
• Proven commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
• A track record of finding and delivering talent across borders.
• A genuine drive to create an outstanding experience for clients and candidates.
• Professional fluency in German (must-have) and English. French or Italian would be the cherry on top.
• EU or Swiss work permit.
• And yes — be a nice person. We mean it.
