Position: Corporate Recruiter (Digital/Programmatic)
Location: New York

Client: Media/Advertising Analytics Organization

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + quarterly Bonus & Benefits (Depending on level and location)

Location: Remote (Preferred EST time zone)

Note: Any industry in recruiting digital media/AdTech space, roles for client Success, Product, Marketing, and Technology teams

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, including enterprise sales, client success, product, marketing, and technology teams. This role also supports hiring within regulated and fast-moving industries such as political and healthcare sectors.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in AdTech or similar technology-driven environments, thrives in fast-paced settings, and excels at managing multiple priorities while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process across sales and cross-functional roles

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines

  • Proactively source, evaluate, and close top talent in competitive markets

  • Build and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines

  • Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Manage multiple open requisitions while consistently meeting hiring goals

  • Provide regular updates, insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

  • Proven experience recruiting enterprise-level sales talent

  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in high-growth, startup, or fast-paced environments
