We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who thrives in the staffing world — someone who can lead a small team of recruiters, recruit hands-on, and scale delivery for one of our fastest-growing client accounts.
The RoleAs the Talent Acquisition Manager
, you’ll oversee a team of two recruiters while maintaining your own recruiting pipeline. You’ll set performance goals, mentor your team on sourcing and interview excellence, and drive fulfillment of IT contract positions across diverse technology skill sets.
This is both a strategic and tactical role — ideal for someone who loves leading, motivating, and still getting in the recruiting trenches.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of two recruiters, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching to strengthen sourcing, interviewing, and placement outcomes.
Own full-cycle recruiting for IT contract and staff augmentation positions, from intake to offer.
Partner with client stakeholders (including AT&T hiring managers) to understand requirements and priorities for open roles.
Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Continuously refine recruiting strategies to optimize speed, quality, and candidate engagement.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast demand, allocate resources, and identify opportunities to grow the account.
Build strong candidate pipelines across IT verticals including software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate and client experience at every touchpoint.
5+ years of experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation
, with a proven track record of recruiting and leading recruiting teams.Strong grasp of contract and contingent workforce models and enterprise recruiting processes.
- 5+ years experience recruiting globally (US, LATAM, India, etc.)
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding delivery KPIs in a high-volume environment.
Exceptional ability to coach and elevate recruiter performance.
Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, network admins, etc.).
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
