You will act as a key operator within the People team, managing day-to-day HR processes, maintaining systems, and driving scalable workflows that increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for People-related questions and issues across the company.
* Co-own People Operations initiatives from diagnosis to resolution, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and follow-through.
* Maintain HRIS data integrity, workflows, and lifecycle events, ensuring systems like HiBob remain accurate.
* Manage employee onboarding, performance cycles, and performance management tools such as Leapsome.
* Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and create self-service resources to simplify processes for team members.
* Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in People processes and implement scalable solutions.## Requirements
* 5+ years of HR / People experience, including 3+ years in a startup or tech environment.
* Experience supporting a global, remote-first team of 100+ employees.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob or similar) and performance management tools (Leapsome or equivalent).
* Strong operational judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
* Ability to translate business priorities into practical People solutions.## Benefits
