We are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to support our growing team as we undergo a significant expansion in LATAM. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in strengthening our people operations while driving our recruiting efforts to meet increasing talent demands in the region. You will manage a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration, and ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience across the organization.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reporting, providing offers)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, employee records, and documentation
- Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations topics, escalating issues when needed
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and HR projects as required
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and relevant regulations
- Contribute to improving HR processes, tools, and employer branding efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Technology, or related fields
- 3+ years of IT Recruitment experience
- Full professional proficiency with the English language
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing methods, and interview techniques
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Bamboo
HR, Linked In Recruiter, or similar) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solver with a proactive, hands‑on approach and strong sense of ownership
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Team-oriented with a positive mindset and willingness to support various HR tasks
