• Source and identify top multilingual talent from your local market for our European operations
• Manage initial recruitment stages: from candidate sourcing to preliminary screening
• Present pre-qualified candidates to our internal hiring teams
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for targeted languages
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

• Speak Norwegian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Greek or Portuguese and C1+ level English proficiency
• Additional European languages are a significant plus
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required
• Strong network and understanding of the European talent market
• Experience in remote candidate sourcing and screening
• Excellence in candidate relationship management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
