What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse roles, including technical and leadership positions

  • Experience with modern ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
  • Proven track record of utilizing AI tools for optimizing recruitment processes
  • Experience navigating international hiring nuances and remote-first practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with technical terms and competencies required for engineering and operations roles
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on ambitious growth targets
