Position: Sr Technical Recruiter - Hopper HTS (10 months contract - 100% Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles in technical and non-technical areas
  • Act as a dedicated partner to leadership teams, providing high-quality service and proactive communication
  • Use AI-powered sourcing platforms to build a diverse pipeline of candidates across multiple regions
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide data-backed insights to hiring managers
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience that aligns with the company’s brand
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments (SaaS, Fintech, or Travel Tech preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both technical and non-technical recruitment
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Proven experience using AI tools for recruitment purposes
  • Knowledge of international hiring practices and cultural nuances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with advanced Boolean search techniques
  • Ability to mentor and train interviewers to maintain high evaluative standards
  • Previous experience in travel or fintech industries
  • Strong persistence and problem-solving skills in challenging recruitment scenarios
