The Role:

• Sourcing talented candidates for vacancies
• Interviewing candidates
• Matching candidates to clients' culture
• Building relationships with candidates and clients - telephone and F2F
• Networking

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree or 1/2 years sales experience
• Financially driven
• Resilience
• Communication skills
• Confidence
• Sociable
