- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Talent Management or Human Resource role
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently on projects
- Experience with Workday HRIS
- Proven flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive work attitude and collaborative spirit
