About the Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a bilingual Senior Recruiter to support one of our largest pharmaceutical clients in Sainte-Foy, Québec. This is a REMOTE position.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on recruitment professional with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and building strong partnerships with hiring managers. As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality talent solutions that align with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles (both union and non-union) across various functions, from intake to offer.
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote best practices in sourcing, candidate engagement, and diversity hiring.
  • Provide regular reporting and all administrative tasks on recruitment activity
  • Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor relations procedures.
What You Bring
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare recruitment is an asset.
  • Experience working within a unionized environment, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Practical experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
