Researcher / Search Consultant – Professional Services

Remote (South Africa)

Broadgate (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring a Researcher / Search Consultant to support senior search delivery across Professional Services. This role will focus on sourcing and engaging talent across Corporate Finance, Audit, Tax and related advisory functions, supporting high-priority client mandates in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

This position suits a delivery-focused recruitment professional who enjoys market mapping, headhunting, and building strong candidate pipelines while working to clear activity and performance targets.

• Build market maps and proactively headhunt professionals across corporate, audit and tax functions.
• Source, screen and engage candidates for professional services roles at varying levels of seniority.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate reporting.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes alongside senior consultants and account leads.
• Work to clearly defined KPIs in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

• Previous recruitment experience within Professional Services, ideally covering corporate, audit or tax roles.
• Proven experience working in a KPI-driven recruitment or search environment.
• Strong sourcing, research and candidate engagement skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confident communicator who can engage professionally with candidates.

• Competitive salary of ZAR 25,000 – 28,000.
• Commission paid per successful hire, with additional bonuses based on volume.
