We are currently recruiting for an organised and people-focused People Operations Assistant to join a growing HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to develop their HR and recruitment experience within a supportive team.

You’ll be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to onboarding and day-to-day HR support. This is a home-based position, but you’ll visit sites occasionally to support managers and colleagues as needed.

Candidates must be based in Wiltshire or Hampshire.

£28,000 + IT equipment + mobile phone
Home based with occasional site visits

• Managing the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding
• Writing job adverts and liaising with internal teams and recruitment agencies
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system and HR inbox
• Preparing HR documentation and updating employee records accurately
• Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries
• Supporting employee relations admin (disciplinary, grievance, performance)
• Processing payroll updates and coordinating with Finance
