. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in recruitment, work closely with experienced consultants, and build a long-term career with us. The role is hybrid, combining office-based and remote working.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using phone, video, and other sourcing tools
- Build high-quality talent pipelines for live and future roles, managing candidate data in compliance with GDPR
- Prepare CVs, candidate summaries, and submissions for consultant review
- Support consultants with role briefs, market mapping, and search strategies
- Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
