Due to growth, we are looking for a Senior Talent Resourcer to join our successful team in London.
The role:- Working in a role that’s busy, varied and rewarding
- Responsible for the delivery of the right candidates to their specific team
- Sourcing, registering and pre-interviewing candidates
- Working to set KPI’s to achieve business growth
- Sourcing talent and maintaining effective talent pools
- An expert in your given marketplace, with a solid understanding of companies and competitors in your sector
- Advising on talent availability
- Market Mapping
- Able to listen and disseminate key information so that it can be relayed to candidates in a clear and persuasive manner
- Presenting shortlists
- Create a personal social media profile and strategy to become immersed in your sector and be viewed with expert status
- Demonstrable experience in candidate resourcing and networking
- Prior experience in digital, media and marketing recruitment is preferable
- Inquisitive and curious in a friendly, non-intrusive manner
- Sales and target-oriented
- Passionate about all our key markets
- Expert command of Linked In, social media and other sourcing tools
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise them, and carry them out independently
- Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Preferred background in sales, recruitment, or resourcing
- Strong client services orientation
- Natural ability to influence and persuade others
