Location: Kuta
A boutique hospitality operation in Bali is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and manage a compliant HR system for its 50+ staff. This foundational role involves designing and implementing HR operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and providing advisory support to management. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, and be able to start immediately.
The position is contract-based with remote arrangements and occasional on-site coordination.
