• Analyze and improve various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
• Collaborate with HR partners and internal departments to deliver effective compensation solutions
• Develop and present recommendations aligned with market trends and company objectives
• Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines impacting executive compensation programs
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
• Superior ability to compile, synthesize, reconcile, and analyze data from various sources
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with management at all levels
• Solid organizational skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
