Responsibilities
  • Analyze, improve, and execute various compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and internal departments to deliver educational tools and meetings
  • Evaluate and benchmark compensation and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness
  • Develop recommendations aligned with market trends and company objectives
  • Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with HR partners and management
  • Superior ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to adapt to different styles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
