- Solid organizational skills and ability to adapt to different styles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
