• Analyze, improve, and execute various base pay, variable, and supplemental compensation programs
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to provide strategic consulting on compensation issues
• Develop and deliver educational tools and meetings for leadership

• Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines impacting compensation programs

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make recommendations
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proven interpersonal skills to build rapport with HR business partners and management
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
